Strength Training

I realise this is probably a very silly question for most of you out there but could really do with some (sensible) suggestions.
I have been logging food and exercise on mfp since Nov 12 and dont get get me wrong have been extremely happy with the results so far ( have lost abt 32lbs) but I have a long way still to go ( ideally about another 100 lbs)
I read so much about needing to do the strength training to build muscle - it makes perfect sense. But what can I do at home which will class as strength training. I currently use an exercise bike, elliptical, walk and do wii fit and Zumba on the wii but guess these are all cardio exercises. i am in this for the long haul and really dont want to make things more difficult for myself by doing the 'wrong' balance of exercise.
Any ideas would be gratefully received. Many Thanks

Search for bodyweight only activities. Look at bodyrock on YouTube, and there's a book called you are your own gym.0
