Hi i'm a 53 year old from Norfolk on the east coast of England. I've been 'dieting' for years unsuccessfully but I am determined that i will never diet again...healthy eating is the way forward and i must do this for myself, my health, my sanity, my gorgeous grand-kids and because i saw a photograph of myself 2 days before Christmas 2012 and i'm determined that 2 days before Christmas 2013 i will not be trying to hide behind the others in the group...i will be standing at the front...proud and glamorous. So here goes ive started my 56 pound journey and i'de love support from anyone out there wherever you're from :flowerforyou:
