Hello - my first post!

Hi everyone, this is my first post on here. I've used MFP before and it really worked well but of course only for as long as I kept it going. It's easy enough to fall back into old habits, in my case wine, crisps (two-for-one offers on Tyrells are lethal!) and bacon sandwiches.

Anyway I am reasonably fit for a 46 year old - I cycle 8 miles a day - and I did complete a couple of 10k runs last year although my times were so slow, I ended up in the bottom 5% of the field. This year I'm looking to lose about 10-15kg so that I can slim down and improve those running times! I shall dip in here for inspiration and I look forward to seeing what members are up to!!
