    Consider where you are in your cycle. You are 49 and female so I assume you still menstruate. Are you on, just got finished, or about to start your period? Normal natural water gain means little to no weight loss during that week, and you may actually gain 3-5 pounds of water.

    up your calories but also realise that weight doesn't come off according to a schedule, keep at it and you'll notice a change. BE PATIENT!
