The Infamous Day one..again

Hello everyone!
My name is Summer! Today, is my "day 1"again!!! This May I was down to my all-tme low as an adult at 219lbs...then I sort of gave up and now here I sit at 234lb....again! My all-time high was April 2009 at 300lbs. I'm 6ft tall so that helps but I'm still unhealthy. I am pretty active, I play roller derby I will be moving to DC in March, so I want/need to get back on track and devise a plan to keep it up when I move. Thanks!

Funny! My "new day" is every Monday. Then at around 3 p.m. I quit and grab a Snickers from the vending machine. I know this is a small feat but I have been recording for 5 days (a record for me!).
