9 Months & Counting

I am starting my weight loss journey for the last time!! No more excuses or reasons to fail and no more talking myself out of it.

I have 9 months until my friends wedding in Cyprus, I don;t want to be skinny as it is something I have never been, but I want to be a fit, healthy version of me that also looks ok in a bikini.

I am starting Jillian Michaels 90 Day Body Revolution for the second time and also want to change my eating habits forever rather than being extreme and it not being sustainable.

I have 1 more night out on the 12th Jan so after that date I am going to join slimming world to give me some structure to follow as I have with the exercise.

I find the exercise easier to master than the food which has always been the case even though i have always been bigger than my firends I have always been the sporty, fitter one although to look at us all you wouldn't think so.

I need to stop giving in temptation and doing things for an easy life.

By posting on here I am making myself accountable to the things I want to achieve and the things in my head and cannot go back on the promises I have made to myself.

Goals

Long term health& Fitness

Lose 1lbs a week for the 34 weeks leading up to my holiday.

Complete Jilliann Michaels Body Revolution and Shaun T's Insanity.

    Hi,

    Welcome and good luck, I'm sure you can do it.

    I was always about 10st 6lbs when I was younger. I smoked, gave up in March 2009 and ever since I just put on weight constantly and now I'm 14st 8lbs. Like you, I work in an office so don't do a lot of moving about which is terrible.
