crock pot chili sin carne

yum-o!!!

15.5 oz can dark red kidney beans
15.5 oz can pinto beans
15.5 oz can black beans
8 oz frozen sweet corn
2 - 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes no salt added
2 - 6 oz can tomato paste
1 packet trader joe's taco seasoning (or whatever seasoning you prefer)

rinse the beans thoroughly under water and then throw it all in a slow cooker, cook on low all day!

makes 13 servings

in each 1 cup serving:
calories:143
fat: <1g
sodium: 50mg
potassium: 139mg
carbs: 9
protein: 3
fiber: 2
sugar: 2
vitamin a: 3%
vitamin c: 7%
calcium: 1%
iron: 4%

    Just finished eating - it was good! I added a tablespoon of light sour cream and a bit of shredded cheese. Delicious and soooo easy to make!

    Do you not use any liquid? I see you drain and rinse the beans so it looks like the only liquid would come from the diced tomatoes?

    I made this chili overnight in the crock pot. I had to add some water but still found it too thick and too tomato-ey. So I am going to thin it out with some broth and next time I make it add less tomatoes. I also added some cayenne pepper. I am sure I will make this chili quite often once I get it right to my tastes. Thanks for the recipe!
