Hi everyone!
Today is day three of many days to come and a lifelong commitment to good eating, exercise, and health.
I'm a marathon runner who got a severe ankle injury and was out from running for 9 months. 57 lbs extra later, doctors orders are to start losing. She recommended MFP so here it goes!
Anyone have advice for a new member? I've always relied on running to stay at my normal weight so calorie ciybting is a new experience for me!

Welcome to my life - I used to exercise so much I didn't have to think about calories etc, a few injuries and a busier job later. Kerpow! Fatso! This is my day 4 and I am pleased with Mfp, its food database is thorough and the link to other apps is great. Add me as a friend if you would like to.0
