Hyper-extended Shoulder

Hey guys,
I hyper-extended my right shoulder about a year ago and haven't been able to lift properly when it comes to chest or shoulders.
I tried going a couple months without doing chest/shoulders while seeing a therapist about it but i can still feel the pain in my front delt after all the time off and sessions I've done.
What do you guys recommend i do?
