Keep me on the wagon!!

I have only just begun, and I guess it's harder to make a lifestyle change than I originally thought. I did well the first week, and lost 5 lbs. Of course I fell of the wagon for a couple of days and gained it all back, plus some. Just looking for a little more support from anyone willing to give it! Thanks!!

  • hiya hanna, we are all on the same wagon as yourself here, everyones bound to have days they fall off but the best thing is to jump back on the wagon, not stay on the ground!

good luck on your weightloss journey, you can do it!

Don't beat yourself up...changing a lifestyle is hard work. I couldn't see your info...do you utilize the food diary? It has been such an awesome tool for me. I typically plan my entire day and log it in the morning. Then I adjust it when I make changes or have unplanned snacks, etc. It really helps me to schedule in little luxuries (like chocolate biscotti!) so that I don't feel deprived. Having friends who take the time to read my diary and offer support or suggestions helps also. Feel free to friend me if you need some positive support!
  • It took me a few times in the beginning too. Just remembering why I'm on the journey really helped me.
Keep it up and good luck! Feel free to add!

  • I spend quite a bit of time off the wagon LOL. But I get back on and keep trying. This is going to be my year to change my lifestyle for good not just until I lose weight. I'll be glad to encourage you along the way.
  • Its always hard to start up something. I think you've already started though by coming on here. Its what other people have told me.
Easy to come off the wagon and stay off it (Im sure Im not the only one who knows this). You CAN Stay on it though! You CAN do whatever you want. And Im sure there are plenty of people on here willing to help including me x
