Hi Everyone ... Any 65+ Seniors out there?

I'm new to MFP ... turned around one day and had way to many pounds on my frame. Thankfully my mind hasn't aged the way my body has and I still think I'm young. Actually, I'm not so much concerned about my weight as I am my shape. Do you find you have more difficulty with one area of your body because we've become part of the "older" generation? Can you pass on any tips that you've learned along the way?
