My name is Doug. I am new here. I live in Northern Cambria county in snowy PA! I am 49 years old and a diabetic. I have been heavy all of my life. I need to lose about 30 pounds in order....HOPEFULLY...to throw my diabetes medications away. I am looking for friends that have the same type of problem to keep me motivated and inspired!!!!!
