I have been looking into going Primal.. And I think I am gonna give it a try! Can anyone offer me and tips/advice.. or any other information?
I have been reading "the primal blueprint" but have no finished it yet, and I also have a cook book.
I have never ever attempted to eliminate grains and starch. I am anxious and intrigued to see how it goes.

Primal is chill with dairy, starches, etc if you tolerate them. Paleo is a bit more restrictive. I like primal a lot. I don't follow it strictly at all but have adopted a lot from the primal blueprint. (Non-industrially-producted) fat is your friend!0

Get used to eating way more nuts and seeds to make up for the minerals in any starchy carbs you will be avoiding or limiting. Many times people cut out food groups but don't increase others to compensate.0
