How to log Insanity Time into myfitnesspal?

I started insanity but I am not sure how to log my time on here. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you have a HRM you can use the cals burned from that and create a new workout/exercise. Other wise I'd try to find interval training or HIIT.

I've been logging mine as circuit training, I don't own a HRM nor can I afford one right now. (Saving the pennies) ...
