Why can't I get myself to do cardio?

I just started taking yoga classes, which I love. I try to go twice a week. I see my body changing but I know to lose weight I should probably be adding in some cardio. I just can't bring myself to do it. Its too cold out to be walking outside. I have several dvds but
I guess I just need motivation.

    If you must be inside during the cold, try the old fashion jump rope and do it the way a boxer would not like a 2 grade school girl.
    Also, you could go to a mall and walk, not shop, not run somebody over but walk and a nice pace. Usually you might find people walking the mall when it first opens.
    Otherwise rent a 2 year old kid from your neighbor and chase them around all day.

    Cardio is boring. I hate doing it except under certain circumstances, like if I have absolutely nothing else to do. I walk and talk on the phone when I'm on my breaks at work. And when I get off work, I run to my vehicle. That's pretty much my cardio. :smokin:
