Dilemma - Post workout Hunger

Okay, here is my dilemma. I have been working out, and doing great. In fact I am in the best shape I have been in for 20 years. The problem is I want to lose 20 lbs more to be more cut. The problem is that after I workout I am so incredibly hungry that i just eat and eat and eat. It is like an obsession.....

I need some tips and help on how to curb this, or what to eat that would curb my hunger and still keep me satisfied.

    Try eating something that will keep you full longer, avoid bread and sweets.
    Perhaps a glass of milk might curb your hunger. Good luck.

    I can't see your diary, but I have to wonder if you are eating enough before your workouts/throughout the day to sustain how hard you are exercising. Check that out if you haven't already. Good luck.

    Have you tried a protein shake with a banana? I have a 45 minute commute from the gym to my house, and I've found this holds me over until I can get home and make dinner. Also, make sure you're eating enough pre workout.
