Trouble with food choices

I'm 24 years old and was diagnosed with Crohns disease 4 years ago. The biggest obstacle I've dealt with is finding healthy options that won't trigger a flare up. I can't have raw vegetables and cooking them is always a challenge (due to time constraints or being tempted to add loads of butter) I don't like fruit at all, and I get sick at the sight of any seafood! In the past I've always picked the same foods for all meals and eventually get tired of it and lose motivation. Any suggestions for healthy snack options??
