my results so far

not really a success story since i'm doing a 30 day program and today is only day 6, but i highly recommend 30 day shred to anyone that isn't the most physically fit because it's not too terribly hard to do and i'm already seeing awesome results! here's how much i've changed after just working out for 5 days... and i'm pretty excited about my results so far! i can't wait to see how i look in 25 days!

    Fixed 'em for ya. "IMG" has to be lower case.

    nice changes in such a short period of time... i did 30 ds twice and never got results like that, even at the end of the program...
