I keep going over my calorie allowance by a lot
so i'm going to plan my meals the day before so i don't go over my calories. Does any one else do this and does it work?

I don't do it the day before, but I do plan everything I'm going to eat in the morning while I'm on the elliptical. I usually enter every thing into my food journal on my cell phone and then stick to it. It really helps me to have a clear plan for the day. Additionlly, I try to leave at least 200 calories free in case I get really hungry or have a moment of weakness (I.e. Starbucks or treats at work).0

I just filled out my diary until Friday. I would have gone until Saturday but I doubt I'll have any groceries left by then. I usually do my shopping Fridays.0
