chicken salad variation

here's something akin to a ww receipe i found.

Bonnie's Chicken Salad

4 cups shredded coleslaw (publix green cabbage, carrots and red cabbage)
8 oz chicken breast boiled and shredded
1 medium golden delicious apple, cored and chopped
1/2 cup Marie's yogurt dressing-blue cheese

mine made 12 - 1/2 cup servings.

Calories 71, carbs 3.5, fat 4, prot 6

you could add nuts or try another flavor of dressing. it's really crunchy. i figure no more than 1/2 cup for a sandwich and maybe a cup for a salad.

    going to have to try this. we have some new yogurt dressings at my store that i've been thinking of trying.

    Sounds right up my alley - thanks! Plus the crunchy makes it last longer because you have to chew so much LOL. Can't wait to try it.

    Do you know how much sodium and sugar? I suppose that would depend on what dressing you use, right?
