Low appetite high calorie goal!!

Hey friends! I weigh 191pounds n my BMR is around 1600! My daily calorie goal is around 1470calories!
However m able to eat only around 1000-1190 calories/day! My appetite has always been low n I feel full in even these many calories.. I fear that having such a huge calorie deficit may push my body into the starvation mode! Please help me increase my calorie intake in a healthy way..

    You should try adding healthy higher calorie foods such as nuts and avocados. Feel free to add me as a friend as well.

    it's really not that hard/complicated. Just eat more calorie dense foods..... avocado, almonds, nut butters... it doesn't take much of these to add up to a lot of calories pretty quickly
