Hi to all... I finally bit the bullet to get myself sorted seriously after a few years of false starts and my inability to say no to a pint and a curry. I've set myself just under a 100lbs to shift by counting the calories and dragging my sorry *kitten* to a gym. I tried a couple of fancy diets and so on but could never get my head around them so I figure this is as good a chance as I'm going to get to do the job right and as the great man said, "Let Her Rip!"
