Muscle Milk... ?

Lately I've been drinking 1 a day while doing some Nike Training Club on James Sirius Potter (my iTouch 5) and I wanna know what you think about it. To me it's delicious and I feel pretty good through my workouts on NTC and I'm slowly building up the time that I can able to go through it (ie 15 minute workout but only 4 minutes done 1 day, then 5 the next etc)
