Ok so over Xmas I've put on a few pounds, guess I can let it lied as it was xmas and new year, the wine certainly has been flowing as well as the two bottles of baileys 
(I'm from the uk,I don't know if you get this in the u.s but its Irish cream?)
Well I'm getting a grip and sorting my self out!! Has anyone else put on. Few pounds over Xmas?
