Doing weights and gym machines.... how many calories?

I was just wondering if I misunderstood something on this site...
When I want to enter the exercise, the site only gives me calories burnt for cardio... they are usually quite similar to whatever the gym machine says... elliptical , for example, about 600 cal for hour... ok, more or less, same... maybe I go a little harder, 650, a little slower, 580 , still quite accurate.
But for any other type of exercise I get no extra calories...
examples: like 200 ab crunches... nothing added....
Leg press, 3 sets, 15 reps, 160 lbs weight, nothing added.... biceps curls, 4 sets, 12 reps, 25lbs weight, nothing added...
So I stopped putting my exercise in my diary...
Is there a way to get this site to calculate your calories for gym machines/ weights, or just cardio?
thank you in advance...

To get an idea of calorie burn you can log your weight training under cardio - strength training. Any body weight work can be logged under cardio - calisthenics (push ups, sit ups etc). This will roughly calculate your burn from these activites0

Bump please.... it didn't work for all the machines.... I am still not really logging my weight training...0

Get a heart rate monitor if you want to track for all exercise. Strength training isn't really about the calorie burn however.0
