When i was grocery shopping today i came across "Dole Fruit Crisp Cups"... basically apple pie filling with a crumbly oat topping. One serving equals 150 calories... now, i'm sure i could make healthy apple crisp on my own and steer clear from processed sugary fruit filling... but for a busy college student this find was a gift from heaven lol... i have been dying for desserts lately, especially since i had to behave myself during the holidays... these cups are quick and easy to prepare, and they definitely hit the spot! check em out if you get the craving for apple pie!
