I don't know how to make the ~ above the "n", but I was wondering if anyone knew how to cook this vegetable? I was trying to get a jicama from the grocery store but they didn't have any, so my husband picked it up thinking it looked similar, but I'm thinking it's not, that you have to cook it. What I've read says it's like a potato, so my question is, do I just cut this up and roast it with some spices like a potato?
