Just started with this yesterday - so Hi *waves
Didn't have a good first day but did much better today. Really want to stick to this as now at my heaviest ever at 13st 7lbs and only 5'3 - a size 16. Did lose a stone with the Cambridge Diet last year but who wants to live on 490 calories a day - just put it all back on again anyway and some more so sensible is the way forward
