Olive. The Grapeseed seems to go bad faster, too.
Don't use olive oil for cooking, though, it has a very low temperature smoke point. Use it for cold applications like salads or sandwiches.
I use butter or coconut oil for sauteeing or cooking.0 -
EXTRA VIRGIN First Cold Press OLIVE OIL, is the healthiest , and I love the taste.....I use it instead of butter or margarine in recipes....0

Olive oil, the fatty acids are largely monounsaturated. Grapeseed is largely polyunsaturated omega-6 which has negative effects when we have an excess (most westerners do).0

I agree... Olive oil... I use grape seed for making soaps though...
