Young Woman Trying To Lose 30 More Pounds

Hello everybody. I'm a teenage girl trying to drop from 184 pounds to around 145 pounds. I am a 5 foot 6 softball player and I've been going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week. Since November December 1st I've lost 9 pounds, I'm now at 175. 30 more to go! This time, I am going to lose this wait the healthy way. I've struggled with bulimia since I was 7 years old. It will be a year in recovery on April 1st <3 I'm open to some weight loss buddies to keep me motivated and any tips you may have to stay on a healthy path.
