Hello - here is my story. About 5 years ago I had lost 100 pounds. I felt great!! Since then I have had 10 knee surgeries (and am in need of another one) and just this summer had spinal cord and neck surgery. I have gained 60#
I have the clear from all Dr and they encourage me to loose the weight. It will only help my knee, the hardware I have in it and the plate and screws in my neck. I am ready and motivated. I know how to lose the weight ( healthy eating and exercise) Just nervous I won't stick to it. Would Love to hear any advice, support and other journeys.
