I <3 Carbs!!!

It's true, I do love carbs and they love me. I'm addicted. And, having hypoglycemia my body does not process carbs as they should which makes it even harder to loose them. And, stabilizing my blood sugar is always a necessity. Any ideas how to ease my way out of the bad carbs and into high fiber, protein snacks?! I would usually go for ice cream or chips and dip over almonds or cheese when I know the later is better for me. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!

    Stop buying food that you don't want to be eating. Also, whenever you're thinking about eating something, drink a big glass of water, wait 5 minutes and if you still can't stand to be without it, then eat it.
