    the best way to make low calorie meals is to buy tons of vegetables and make up your meals as you go along. choose a protein of about 200 calories or less and start adding veggies and spices. use rice vinegar and other seasonings. be careful of soy sauce and certain sauces have alot of sodium, use mfp guide to make sure you dont use too much salt. if you use veggies like zucchini, spinach, lettuce, garlic, mushrooms i guarantee you will have a low calorie feast seasoned to your liking. i like paul prudhomme salt free seasoning, nutritional yeast, oregano,basil, thyme...
