Hello all!

I started this account a while back but started getting lazy with it and ultimately I fell back into my old habits. But with this being the new year I figured it was a good time to get serious about being healthy again. I was never too concerned with my eating habits because up until about 22 years old I found it difficult to gain weight. But all that changed and now I actually have to watch what I eat.

I'm hoping that by keeping track of everything I'll be more inclined to actually follow through with it this time. So here goes nothing. I look forward to talking to all of you!
