Hi everybody. I went to a brunch buffet with family today, and tried a little bit of many things. Avoided breads, desserts, and potatoes; was able to log several 1-2 oz (est) meat samples I tried; have no idea how to log the other foods I tried: about a heaping tablespoon each of a seafood pasta, something like a gulasch, a fish casserole. I know I'm probably going overboard on the detail for this, but I do want to try to be as honest with myself as I can when logging what I'm eating. Any thoughts?

i would say try to find a food that is similar to what you ate and add that to your diary in the portion size you think you had0

When we go to a buffet I just look at my plate and estimate the calories and do quick added calories on my diary.0
