Do these sugars and calories really count?

I was always under the impression that you could eat as much fruit and veggies as you want raw. ( or cooked just with nothing else added to it)

Everything you eat "counts". The thing is you can eat a LOT of fruit and veggies for your daily alloted calorie count. But just like anything else - too much of a good thing is still too much.

Some people on here worry about it, others don't. Personally I don't even log my sugars and it hasn't effected my weight loss, definitely don't worry about veggies though, maybe limit to 3-4 servings of fruit a day if you're worried about it?

I understand the calories bit and always "count" that, it's the sugars that truly concern me. I eat so much fruit in a day!
