Trying to stay motivated

I started my weight loss journey back in july of 2012. since then ive managed to drop 40 pounds. im down to 180. not sure if i should try to lose another 5 pounds or maintain. still kinda flabby in certain areas. would love some workout buddys to keep me motivated and clocking in all my hard work.

    I can definitely relate to your story - just wish I was your age when I realized that changes needed to be made.
