So I bought the Kraft natural peanut butter for a change, just to try something new. I've been stirring in the oil that accumulates on top every time I use it, except this morning I went to use some and there was no oil. I just found out my roommate used it and got grossed out by the oil, so she drained it all off LOL. Do you think this affected the cals in a way I should worry about logging? Or should I just continue to use the nutrition on the label?

Stir well and then store the jar upside down in the fridge, this will eliminate the oli collecting on either end. I don't know why or how, but it works, lol.0
