I pretty much eat a sandwich every day. A serving of the turkey or chicken only has 60 or so calories. Between two slices of low cal bread, some mustard and a side salad with italian dressing, you have lunch for about 200 calories.0

A lot of people are concerned about the preservatives in lunch meats. I'm not, personally. But I have started buying the 'better' lunch meats from the deli area of the grocery store, instead of the Oscar Mayer, Buddig, Foster Farms, etc. They taste much better.
Put a few slices on a good whole grain bread, some mustard or even just salt/pepper, a thick slice of tomato, some raw baby spinach leaves or a few slices of avocado
, maybe even a slice of cheese (shhhhh, I love cheese)...and you've got a high protein, low fat lunch or dinner.0
