I'm Laura, a mum of 1. I find it hard to stay motivated and stick to a exercise routine and food plan but find it makes all the difference when you have a great support system so feel free to add me
and we can support eachother on our journeys.
My stats are
Height : 5ft 6"
Highest Weight: 147lbs (after pregnancy)
Current Weight: 138lbs
Lowest weight: 105-110lbs (prepregnancy)
Goal weight 1: 130lbs
Goal weight 2: 125lbs
Goal weight 3: 120lbs
I'm currently doing 30 day shred, banish fat boost metabolism and then plan on going on to ripped in 30.
