Finally counting calories...

Hi everyone. Like all of you, I'm on a path to get into better shape. I started this out about 3 years ago extremely underweight at 5'11 and 135 pounds. Since then I have put on 45 pounds. At 180 pounds, I stopped gaining weight, and have been at a plateau for around a couple months now. Up til now I have always guessed at how much food I needed to eat. Apparently that won't work any more if I want to continue getting results. So now I'm counting calories.
My current goals are to first gain another 10 pounds of mostly lean weight, and then start cutting down to a low body fat percentage.
I would love to make some friends on here, so feel free to add me! :]
