Workout: Run your butt off!

Just wondered if anyone else has tried this program? It is a book written by the people at Runners World. Its supposed to help a person lose weight, and turn a person into a runner. I am really excited to start! The only requirement is 30 min. workout sessions 4x a week. The first week starts with 30 min of just walking four times a week.

If you have done this....how did you do? Were you successful? Did you fall in love with running? Would like to know your thoughts!
