my name is brittany and im a chocoholic!

one of my biggest problems are my chocolate cravings.i have been told to eat something sweet tasting but health in place of it for example*yogurt,fruit,cerial bars,maple brown surgar oat meal,ect. but not matter what i eat in place of it i still crave chocolate.any suggestions that may help?and i also hear that chocolate "exspeacially dark chocolate" so what should i do?

    the biggest culprit in chocolate cravings is a magnesium or vitamin B deficiency (or some other nutrient). Try changing that.

    Personally, I get my magnesium via chocolate. I add chocolate protein powder to plain greek yogurt, shakes, etc. Works for me.
