Hi,
I bake my bread at home, so I cannot use info from database. I wanted to add this bread to database, but I have no idea what to put in "serving size", and other nutritious data required. Please advice...
Thanks!
Monika

Just go to the recipe section of your food diary and add all the ingredients.
It will ask how many servings it is.
Then you can add how ever many servings you eat to your diary.
It does the math for you...Fabulous!0 -
Enter all the ingredients in the recipe section of your food tab. You can name it what ever you want and add it to your food log when you need.0

Enter it as your recipe in the Recipe section, by logging all the ingredients that you use, and calculate the portions or slices (let's say 10 slices per bread).0
