New at this...how do you add a friend?

    Find them in the forums, on other friends' pages, on the feed, then click their name (it's blue - a link) there will appear a "add as a friend". Click that, and they will get a request which they can either accept or reject.

    I see someone explained how to do the friend's thing so I will add to that if you don't mind. I too am new here but I was explained to on the first post I did that people like to friend those that have filled out their profile, and most want you to show your daily food tracker to just friends. Good luck in you journey, everyone here will be willing to help.
