I am new (or back again) and was wondering

Hello,

I'm Chelle Brandewie, I'm a Sophomore in College, and I am so tired of being out of shape. I am excited to try to shed some weight and get in shape for two big trips this summer, one to California with my boyfriend, and one on a cruise to the Bahamas with my family. So I am going to get Beach Body Fabulous!

I had a question though.

I really like doing the Sean T Rockin' Body workouts, but I am never sure what to log them in as for my exercise diary, so I was wondering what other people did that would be similar and what you all log it as.

Also, if you had any tips on how to keep eating well in college or the best fat trimming food choices to make for not too much cash, I would appreciate it!!
