Attempting to crash through the wall...

Hey all! I'm Liz, 22, in Iowa. I'm new to myfitnesspal. I used to use Prevention's My Health Tracker, but this is MUCH easier to use. Since 2009, I've lost 80 lbs, but I've hit a wall the past couple of years. I'm currently 6'1" and 198 lbs, but am working on getting to 180 lbs for a healthy BMI.

I've started interval training and weight lifting to increase my calories burned. If you have any other tips on breaking the wall and continuing my weight loss, please let me know.
