New over here :)

So I gave birth to my daughter 6 months ago and lost all of my pregnancy weight plus 6 lbs. I am watching my diet and my focus is maybe losing at most 10 more lbs and definitely toning.

I do a yoga DVD morning and night and I also switch it up from Jillian Michaels Kickbox Fastfix, Burlesque "Jazzercise",and I always do an ab routine that equals 200 crunches.

Just wanted to say hello and maybe ask for some pointers, maybe find out some of the better workout DVD's, the best combination, just what everyone else is doing and if they are seeing results. :)

And hopefully make a few friends.
