I just found myfitnesspal so I'm trying to put it together and make it work for me. Starting today I'm doing a 12 week program of diet & exercise. My goals are to lose body fat & gain muscle.

I'm in my mid-40's so my body has changed significantly over the past 5 years. If you have any suggestions or tips in regards to dieting or exercise please feel free to leave me message or comment.

    hi i think this site is a grt8 platform to share and encourage each other. just joined few days ago and already feel that i am accountable. so i am more aware of what i eat and remember to exercise. Hope to loose 6 kgs. by mid may. So wish me luck.
