Push Up (Hold).

Hello :)
So I'm thinking of adding this to my morning workout, we did it in dance class a few days and it was soo good for my abs so I thought I'd share it with you guys.

    not a lot.

    probably something like 100 calories for 30 minutes. if you can hold it for 30 minutes then great otherwise i'd just do the exercise in order to get stronger (which is the #1 benefit of doing something like this, not the calorie burn) and not worrying about how many calories you're burning

    It's okay I didn't think it would be much. I am more concerned about not looking a fool and falling down after 10 secs in the middle of my dance class, that and it makes my abs feel good, even if it doesn't burn calories. I just thought it might be worth logging anyway, the more calories the merrier hey ;).
